I've managed to assemble a "Poorman's Quad", i.e. swapped the CPU module from Dual 2,3 GHz to Dual 2,5 GHz. It draws around 240 W according to my measurements. So the second CPU module, a water pump and slightly better GPU (X1950XT vs X1950) draw just about 50-60 additional watts altogether.

Edit: Oh, and 2,5 W in standby mode.
