You need ASD 2.6.3 for the PCIe G5. Mount the DMG under OSX, then go to /Volumes/ASD Dual Boot 2.6.3 and copy the contents into USB. In Terminal do

cd /Volumes/ASD Dual Boot 2.6.3
cp -a * /Volumes/USBStick
Change to the actual USB stick name of course, you can ignore some warnings that'll pop up.
You then need to get into OF and type

boot ud:,<backslash>diags
Make sure the USB is FAT32 and no larger than 32GB. I've just tried this process here with success.
