It does and I had seen those and been following that. A friend of mine that uses MorphOS on a Power mac mentioned the card they got physically didn't fit the form factor. That's what I was trying to figure out. I haven't seen the card he was trying and he never got it working in his Pegasos II as well.
Thank you for the help. Still working to get my Pegasos II working with what I have again. I suspect it's a cable issue more than anything. Having the Power Mac for scanning if needed would be a huge help though and make me feel happier with my setups..
