    You were given a definitive answer two years ago.

    Repeating the same question after every OS release or two does not change that this particular issue cannot be fixed without physical access to the problematic hardware component.

    What else is there to say? It is nice to offer to do remote testing but for some issues this is just not good enough as it is impractical/too time-consuming to figure out the problem this way.
