I'm sorry bonoedgey, my fault. I forgot about the backslash.
The boot line should be (in your case):
boot usb2/disk@2:,\boot.img bi umsd0:morphos.iso
EDIT: Strangest thing! When I use {code} tag to embed this line then the backslash is gone! So it wasn't my fault after all!
