I should also mention I have also done a few probably unnecessary things like change the resolution to 1024 x 768 and have even put my system back to its original RAM scenerio (to install osx 10.4 and get by the optimising pic portion at the end.. I had to remove the 4GB simms that I had in there. (I saw an article telling me to do that.. like I said I have done my fair share of surfing the net to see if others had this issue.. I have seen some mentions of having troubles with power mac g5... but its usually when they don't have a 7,3 supported hardware etc.
