"800–2133 Mbps" according to page 9 of the document tlosm mentions.
The documentation you've pointed to mentions a slightly slower max "800–1866 Mbps" for the T10xx.

So he may have a point, but I doubt this is providing too much performance degradation.

i think the qoriq cant have faster ram speed because not designed for desktop use but for networking.
freescale is just upgrading the ram controller for use the actual rams because use old one will made prize more hight for customers
