It is not, of course. Freescale
announced their e6500 in 2011, which was short of 6 years after P.A. Semi
announced their PA6T. More info there:

Whether or not PA6T is stronger than e5500 or e600/G4 is surely open to debate and very much depends on the considered performance aspects (integer vs. floating point, cache etc.).
