I thought you were asking from a user's perspective. Of course, you can try to adapt an existing open source Amiga FPGA core to this board, or even write a new one.

been thinking this one over for a day or two. I think the future works better with with a mini-ITX & arm IoT board. Stick the GPU on the mini-ITX or use eGPU. somehow make use of virtualGL or VNC
