I've been looking into getting my 1st IoT board this year.
I finally found one that has hardware specs that seem truly useful.
They call it a Parallela. from parallela.org
    Parallela

Question is, would this work for any amiga-like system? Including emulator?
It also has an onboard FPGA

It's running Linux on two 667 MHz ARM Cortex-A9 cores and 1 GiB RAM. While AROS/ARM runs hosted on Linux, it certainly won't be fun on this particular hardware. Of course, m68k emulation would be even slower.

That won't be of use for the Amiga side of things, same as the many-core Epiphany co-processor.

strange that an onboard FPGA works well on a vampire II and the mistFPGA unit , but not in this situation?

Someone even demoed the many-cores being used for openGL graphic co-processing , Shame that it won't work decently in any amiga-like environment

I thought you were asking from a user's perspective. Of course, you can try to adapt an existing open source Amiga FPGA core to this board, or even write a new one.

It will if you write the necessary drivers :-)

been thinking this one over for a day or two. I think the future works better with with a mini-ITX & arm IoT board. Stick the GPU on the mini-ITX or use eGPU. somehow make use of virtualGL or VNC
