I remember when I moved to a town in the South Wales valleys as a kid. There was a mentally impaired guy that always wore a Liverpool FC shirt, scarf and bobble hat. Some of the local kids had worked out that if they shouted Man United once, he'd go on a long rant about how shit Man United were.
