OS4 betatester on Cyrus/X5000 confirms that 2.0 GHz P5020 is faster than 1.8 GHz PA6T in both integer and floating point (and faster in integer but slower in floating point compared to 2.5 GHz PPC970MP). AltiVec capability of PA6T (and PPC970MP) wasn't taken into account apparently. Unfortunately, he didn't reveal the specific benchmarks he used nor any relative or absolute figures.
