Yes, as I wrote in my first posting to this thread, the Freescale boards are development (DS) and reference (RDB) boards and the Tyan one is a reference board.
Once I made a search on Alibaba.com for chinese manufacturers who work also with PPC processors. I selected 4 in base at some criteria like number of workers, volume of sellings, etcetera. I had their mail on the computer that got broken. I have to pick back the hard disk from it and get the mail addresses of the factories.
We can send mail to these manufacturers and verify how much they ask for prototyping a PPC motherboard, and how much it costs to produce a first batch of motherboards.
