Well, there are Apple cards.
But yes, if you read that link carefully, that is the main problem with flashed cards.
And at lower resolutions, its not that important.
But as resolutions increase, DVI's quality advantages start to become more apparent.
Depending on where you are, the 9650 might be your best buy.
It will support digital DVI.
In the US, Apple 128MB 9600XTs and 256MB 9600Pros can often be had for less than $35 (I have one of the later for sale right now).
But shipping outside the US can be prohibitively expensive.
So...as I said originally, your best bet might be the Apple card.
