I get this message in the Energy Information window, I calibrated the akku (let MorphOS running till it shuts down, then load the akku while Powerbook is off) already two times, but I still get this message!

I have the original power adapter with 65W.
The akku last about 3,5 hours.

Calibration has nothing to do with this. This is displayed when you battery readouts become bad randomly. Pretty common with 3rd party or reset batteries.

so nothing to worry about?
How do I know if the battery is 3rd party or reseted?

Here is a picture of the battery.

An original battery would have a (C)(TM)(etc) Apple. The link you posted is to a 3rd party battery.
