I think the difference between the two OS in this regard is that double-clicking a text file in macOS opens it in an editor, not in a viewer, so that he didn't have to find an editor icon there.

But he has Amiga experience! (with starting games *ahem*)
And he has super clear memory about everything that worked and failed in the past!
And he does not come to the idea to look on the harddisk for an editor.

Which activity light do you mean?

Right click the screen depth gadget, select "Settings...", select "Debug", and then on the right hand side of the window you'll see the "Activity Light" checkmark.

When it's enabled, the background of the Debug screenbar module becomes red ("lights up") always when the debug log has some content. Then you see quite immediately if something has triggered something that causes lines in the log when there's an alerting red square in your screen title bar. If you clear the log (from the popup menu of the Debug screenbar module), the red square disappears and everything looks normal until something new hits in the log.

Another option would be to keep the LogTool window always open to see all log entries in real-time, but I think that Activity Light in the Debug module is a better and more delicate compromise for monitoring issues in your system in daily use.

I've never heard of that. Any more info?

Using WHDLoad on MorphOS also requires UAE.

Speed reasons? How much longer does it take to open the file in Ed?

Do you refer to bigfoot's Ethernet driver? Hyperion supplies its own driver done by Jamie Krueger, btw.

It doesn't, because you're a troll by all means. If you set the screenmode to 16 bit, the game won't run with these Wazp3D settings. If you set the screenmode to 24 bit, the game runs normally.

HERE'S A VIDEO MADE ESPECIALLY FOR YOU, KRISZ.

That's my last entry to this pointless thread. You're a confirmed troll, mister. Go get some life somewhere else.

It's interesting that no matter what I do or write, your immediate response is that I'm a troll.
How the hell do you think I'm supposed to know that the game doesn't start in all screen modes?
I've mentioned a few times that I used AmigaOS when I was playing Wipeout and on AmigaOS it didn't matter what screen mode I set it to
maximum it didn't load the game in the correct aspect ratio but it started
You think I'm doing it for fun?

I want a system where I can use my older Amiga games, and newer ones written for MorphOS or even OS4.
I have better things to do than troll.
By the way, I really appreciate the video you shared specifically for me.

Thank you for taking the time to do this.
