    @analogkid

    MOSTeam doesn't have anything to do with OpenFirmware updates, so connecting MOS2 with OF will lead you nowhere.

    Well, the MOS drivers for the Peg1 are existing, I guess the effort to support the Peg1 with MOS 2.0 is rather minimal, while an adjustment of the new FW to the Peg 1 is not a trivial issue, I assume.
    I am an Peg1 owner myself, too, but I do not expect any new FW for that board. It does not make too much sense to put efforts into that board. How many Peg1 are around? Much lesser than PegII at least...

    I owned a Peg1 first.... the OF was somehow buggy, especially the "move-the-mouse-and-you're-dead" bug is very annoying.

    Guys in the forums "told" me, that PEG1 is a developer-machine, so I should get a Peg2 with full support....

    I bought a few Peg2's and now the OF has some bugs, too ... So what do the forum guys "tell" me now ?

    Probably I should get an efika to experince the latest OF ?

    If bplan has no man-power to fix bugs, they probably should offer some geeks to help them ..
    and they should offer some kind of firmware-download section.. just like any other board-manufacturer does ..

    You guys dont realize that Bplan and MOS team are seperate entities? Write Bplan and tell them your complaints. They have been great to the MOS community IMHO>.

    i do know that bplan has nothing to do with the mos team. (guess you havent addressed that comment to me.) but as i said, wrote 2 mails to bplan and no reply.
    guess i have to write them a 3. one, coz my onboard audio has gone wrong, have to repair it (dont use it, but maybe when they fix the audio, they also change the firmware to a newer one:)

    Well, at least 1/5 of all available Pegasos I guess but this is all Peanuts against the EFIKA. My conclusion is that the Pegasos is dead at all. No doubt, bplan do their best to fix broken boards but the firmware seems to be a neverending story. We all paid a lot of money for the boards so I think we can expect some bugfixes for the firmware too.

    To make this clear:
    We're not asking for some fancy 3D-animations in the firmware. We just want the system to boot reliable.
    Every 30,- Euro Pc-Board can do this.
    We paid over 400,- Euros but it's still unreliable.

    Would you ever buy a PC-Board from a company, which sold you a buggy FW and did't fix it ?
