I'm writing a full review of MorphOS 2.0. I need some extra info about 3D speed, especially with Quake 2 and Quake 3.
I need benchmark tests with Pegasos II G4, both on MorphOS 1.4.5 and 2.0 (for the comparison).
What I need exactly :
In Quake 3, type "timedemo 1" then "demo four" in the console. You need to note the results in 4 differents configs :
- 1280x1024, all details max, lighting=lightmap, all in 32bit.
- 1280x1024, all details max, lighting=lightmap, all in 16bit.
- 640x480, all details max, lighting=lightmap, all in 32bit.
- 640x480, all details max, lighting=lightmap, all in 16bit.
For Quake 2 (with this version : http://obligement.free.fr/jeux/quake2_morphos.lha ),
type "timerefresh" in the first scene (do not move before) with 1280x1024 and 640x480 resolutions.
