Woohoo! What a load! I just love when he publicly admits he sold
Washington based Amiga, Inc.'s assets to another company, with the
same management personnel, then to another company, which is again
his, and closed the first company down, so as to not be legally
required to pay the debts of the first company.

Here's what he admits to doing:

He sold Amiga, Inc's IP to iTech in two phases. Somewhere in that time
another company called KMOS was formed which then bought everything
from iTech, incorporated in Delaware, and is now licensed as Amiga,
Incorporated. Interestingly, it was him and Garry Hare all along. I
think that Garry was the pivot man, the third party who made it
apperantly legal to sell Amiga's IP, then in a different state, sold
everything back to KMOS, Amiga's shell company. Bill and/or Fleecy
was in some way a higher up in all these companies. I think the SEC
might be interested in this, not to mention the attorneys general of
    Washington and Delaware.

The whole marketroid spew is here..

Mylate father would have called this 'bullshit' and he'd have been
    right..

Oh, for what it's worth-I didn't post any of the questions, so who
ever mentioned my name in question 2, did so of his own accord. No
    involvement there on my part.

And my reply to this, which said much more than the above, has already
    been moderated out. Thanks Wayne.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't "selling" usually involve two things:
1)Buying party receiving something from the selling party
2)Selling party receiving money from the buying party (compensation for whatever they gave)

Well, that was maybe a bit oversimplified, but it seems to me that only the first part happened?

I mean, if they received fair amount of money, you would have probably heard about that, right?

I get the impression that Garry Hare's role all along has been simply to facilitate these kind of deals. He gave one interview to the community where he explained KMOS was not interested in hardware and perhaps was really aimed at warning off other companies owed money.

I wouldn't worry about your post being modded out on A.org. I was tempted to post on AW.net but didn't bother because it would only get lost in the noise.

In summary, Bill McE's post was "two more weeks".

    cheers

    Bolton,
I read your post before it was moderated. Why on earth would Wayne moderate it? What the heck is his agenda here? (It could simply be to avoid de-railing the thread of course....pfft!)

I mean, actually getting AInc to respond was a great service but why the hell he'd be partial towards them (again) is beyond me....

    Colour me confused,

    Steve :-?

Wayne does not have a agenda. He's a stand up guy in the Amiga community. Believe me, I would know.

I didnt see what your post was before or didnt know it was edited or whatever...so I cant comment on it.
