Just bought meself two 1GB dimms. Someone might say that it wasn't that good of an idea, but hey... I've got 4x more ram than HD on my Pegasos. Innit nice.

The dimms are from Dataram, they're tall and have memorychips on both sides, two layers on top of each other... Type seems to be "60192C" (or 40481A, not sure.. Made in USA anyway). I'll post images at some point, hopefully.
These were sold for 122 eur at local store as "1GB PC133 dimm ECC REG". They also had 512M dimms with the similar specs, but I was left with 4 eur on my account so I didn't get one of those to try it out :)

The funniest thing is that both dimms work on their own, but when I connect them both to my Pegasos, MorphOS freezes on the bootscreen. My old dimm (512M Kingston, which shows only as 256M) and a new 1GB dimm together work without a problem. Talked with Mr Sintonen about this and we hope to get him few of these dimms on loan so he can see what's wrong with it.

But otherwise I'm pretty happy with my purchase (not that I'd ever have a need for 2GB ram, but hey... I like to max out my computers anyway :)

    --- clip ---
    Ram Disk:> avail h
    Type Available In-Use Maximum Largest
    fast 1.1G 62.9M 1.2G 1G
    total 1.1G 62.9M 1.2G 1G
    --- end ---

mmm. And I have no idea what to fill it with.

Well, at least MorphOS doesn't fill it for you "automatically" like
    Microsoft Windows :-)
