They know fullwell there isn't an Amiga or Pegasos reseller on the planet with a storefront.
If that's the problem (and there isn't a well defined legal defenition that says otherwhise) then I don't see how you couldn't "cheat" a bit with the help of a willing reseller. A store front is simply the "facade of a store" or "A room or set of rooms facing the street on the ground floor of a commercial building, typically used as a store." All you need is a room that's facing a street som day, a couple of minutes of the year where you take orders from.

@Acill
Again, cheat a bit (if you don't get a reply).
Talk to someone that you know has got a contact with Garry Hare, DaveyD for example, and get him to forward your mesage. At the same time send Garry/(whoever you are wanting a reply from) another message yourselfe.Make shure that you get (for example) DaveyD to say that you have sent Garry/*** a letter before and is sending Garry/*** one now, and that you meerly are using this option as you think that perhaps the firewall has been overly strict. This allso saves the whole "only unserious people make others send mails for them" deal from ever taking place.
If you/or the other sender still don't get a reply, then we do have an interesting situation on or hands. Aspecially if the ACK comes through with their boards, and there is a large portion of the users that want to see OS4 on the Peg 2 and future Pegs.
