'Tis a sad day ... My current circumstances mean I am
going to have to sell my Peggy II and so temporarily
leave the user base - so I'll end up like Poundsmack
only with less posts ;) I will be back once finances
    allow.

    Pegasos II G3/600 mobo
    Soundblaster !Live Value PCI card

What a shame. Are you sure you have nothing else you can let go in its place? I'm sure it will be a hard thing to do.

Unfortunately not ... I am actually clearing out a few other odds and ends as well (if there are any Elite fanatics out there drop me a line :)).

Additionally I am now officially Pegasos-less. Sold everything and posted her away this morning.

It has been quite frustrating - especially as I've only had two months with my Peggy Sue. And now to have the frustration of typing this on my brothers old x86 laptop (W98) that is in severe need a reinstallation is the straw that broke the camels back ....

And no before you ask - it was not sold to Poundsmack ;)

Hope you'll find a new source for sweet currency soon. I know that it's not so nice to have a critical financial situation (been last year in a position when I was thinking of reselling this and that to pay my rents - lucky me fortune just came around with a new job exactly when my account reached the bottom line of the dispo credit..)

Whenever you're sad just remember the world is 4.543 billion years old and you somehow managed to exist at the same time as David Bowie.
