I don't think this has been asked before in the forum, so I'll go ahead and ask it.

When Mirari is available for purchase, what case design will it have? CoolerMaster or Fractal deisgn, or someone else, I mean? Or will it be just the motherboard at first? A-Cube sold the bare Sam boards but also within a case preassembled with everything you need and rebranded it as AmigaOne 500.

Will Mirari come pre-installed with MorphOS, AmigaOS, Linux, or some combination of the three at the customer's choosing?

    Hi,

It will be the board with the CPU that comes with a Cooler, IOshield, and if possible with 8GB ram.**
The rest is up to the user to buy as stuff lilke case etc can be very personal.

We have send out a new quote for another batch of boards, and see how this turns out.

Is there already a milestone, or rather a release date, for the mirari design version with a T2081 processor? One could consider " crowdfunding " with a new deposit for interested parties, for example. -))

( would like to reserve a production desktop board this summer, we need donations to cover €6,100 for the remaining costs of the PCB design.. )

Information : ACube Systems will handle the production of the boards

Personally, I will only place an order once the version with
the " T2081/T2080 " is actually available for purchase.

The Mirari motherboard is truly impressive and
    really ingenious.

It is truly outrageous and unprofessional for a presenter to make fun of something in this way. Perhaps the Motherboard Tyche from ACube will be produced and sold faster than you think.

It is interesting that they are not concerned at all with the published
technical circuit diagrams, which have even been optimized by
NXP. Like Tichy, Mirari also has the opportunity to
    simply collect money

Both versions of the PPC motherboards are valid and can
    deliver outstanding performance.

What ACube does or does not is not the matter.

10 years of "just gimme more money" with nothing real to show is borderline clown (and no not on the border to "o.k.").

I have to say, that Open Powerpc notebook was a disappointment for me. Developement time is simply too long...

But I hope that Tyche desktop sucseeds. For me ACube is guarantee of good designed computer. And is a good news that they cooperate on Tyche. But the question is how much influence they have on whole project.

There is a chance at near future to have three ( or four ) powerpc computers to select from:
Mirari T1042, Mirari T2081, Tyche T2080 ( and A1222+ P1022 ). And it is good for all of us.

I wish luck to both Mirari and Tyche and looking forward to real release.
If all goes well, we can select from three performance versions.

Time isn't that much of an issue, if they had just stopped ebegging after their initial failure they would had much more of my respect.

But with the way it is I would have strong doubt into any after sales support unless it was sold as a 100% ACube product.
