				The latest driver is 52.43 from MOS 3.19. I don't think that your gra-card is the reason.
For what I can see, your partitioning is OK. It's crazy that it does not boot! I can only imagine that you did something wrong in ENV-variables and/or NVRAM. 
Please post here folowing again: Environmentvariables, NVRAM and the device-alias:

Your HD is mounted to the 1st SATA-Port? If not, please do and for test put all other drives away (if there any).

If we don't find the reason, don't give up. There is a second way: we can do it with a forth-bootmenue. This should work in any case.

Normaly on G5-OF there is no need for any NVRAM-definitions!
