Hardware died, Licence transfer.(Solved)

    Soo if i did and understood the info correct for this.
    i registered my new hardware with the regtool and got the email back with paypal link.
    in the purpose field i put "dead hardware".

    now theres been one and a half weeks and i still havent got a email back wanting me to mail my key file etc, kinda wierd since they usally are so fast..

    Any ideas?

    well the old key is a pegasos 2 key file, if thats what you mean...
    and now its dead, how would that even matter?

    Maybe you should simply read pega-1´s answer and especially the "MorphZone"-Ranking below the nick on the left side, to get a clue who is questioning. :D

    Asking a question isent the same as answer, soo maybe read the post again mate?
    Coz pega-1 asked a question and i answered.

    It is important as you could use the fact of a broken hardware to update to a higher priced system, depending on the time you registered the old one, so naming the broken system is relevant.

    Beside that, if you own more than one system, we need to know which one broke down, to disabled it and you for sure do not want us to terminate MorphOS support for the wrong system.
