I would like to exchange my harddrive, which is noisy, to a SATA SSD in my Powerbook. Does anyone has experience with IDE-SATA adapters in a Powerbook ?
As there is not much room offcourse.

I install mSATA SSD via mSATA2ide44 adapter. Works very well (way faster than stock drive) and perfectly fitted inside any PB.

I went with a PATA drive and it mounts and fits perfectly with no issues.
