So hypothetically speaking, does anyone know which PCI-X SATA2 or SCSI cards will work under MorphOS in the 133 MHz 64-bit slot at the full speed of the slot?

Might scour eBay for one and try it out. I know a standard PCI card should work in theory but would be nice have a faster card if possible.

SCSI is handy for transferring stuff to my A3000/060 and I can get SATA2 SSD's for less than a hundred pounds these days.

    They definitely will not work.
Basically, the SCSI cards we have support for are the same cards that were supported with the Pegasos.

That, and accessing Amiga-formatted SCSI drives for data transfers to classic amiga. Of course assuming you have a proper SCSI in your Amiga, and not f.ex. Squirrel / Surf Squirrel, in which case you would probably be better off with IDE there aswell :-D

(and of course if you have SCSI equipped amiga, you probably better use network anyway... Often transfering stuff to my A600 by simply plugging its CompactFlash card to the reader in my PowerPC Mac)

That's a shame, but no big loss really. If support for them comes then great but I won't lose any sleep if it doesn't.

I still have some pci SCSI cards from when I was building peg 2 systems. All guaranteed to work with morphos. Symbios brand high quality boards.

I have a couple of the Symbios controller myself.
Thanks to SCSI compatibility, they work fairly well with later drives and older accessories.
    Offer them for sale, Mag.
    They still have uses.
