Mounting flash disks like pendrive or sdcards containing ext2 partitions, often result in a ext2 file system error and
the disk get mounted read-only to protect data (filesystem not in valid state).
Someone experienced the same?

Not quite that bug, but there are various known USB-related bugs, eg. having any USB flash drives connected causes lowlevel.library to completely hang the machine at the first SetJoyPortAttrs() call.
