I have tested this and it's strangely addictive

What a well designed website.
And the package looks nice.

Neatly designed game, no question about it. Too bad I can't play it on my phone.. on the other hand i'm more of Holdem guy anyway. Congrats and best of luck for the game

Judging from the title, I was so sure this was a completely MorphOS-irrelevant spam thread, but nice to be wrong

I found some gfx bugs when I tried it on my G5. Hopefully it will be fixed soon

Regarding gfx glichtes.

From Yasus report this sounds like this is an issue with the new internal power-of-two-texture-conversion. Won't go into details but it boils down to this:

- there is a fresh version out now, customers should have received an update mail by now.

- this new version uses the old texture mode which did work for Yasu back then when we were testing.

- there is a new tooltype HQ_TEXTURES. Set this to 1 to enforce the new mode, which normally provides better quality textures - but obviously doesn't work for everybody.

- and I added a readme explaining the tooltypes.

For me both modes work well (old G4 with Radeon 9200) while HQ_TEXTURES=1 significantly enhances the gfx quality.

I reported and explained the issue here.

Very hard to stop playing it!

The new fix works fine on my G5. I will test both versions (the "buggy" and the fixed one) on my Ibook next

You don't need to keep the old version, the new version can do both variants. Just use the new version and toggle the HQ_TEXTURES=1 tooltype.

Wow, really solid game!

I had the same gfx bug on Powerbook (R9700), but it works now with correct tooltypes. On Mac mini 1.5GHz there wasn't problems.

BTW. how is that FULLSCREENNAME supposed to work? I created new screen in MorphOS Preferences -> Screens, but it doesn't seem to use that with its name. Actually no matter what name I put to that tooltype opens same (Ambient clone?) kind of screen always. At least it opens it automatically, but I'd like to use different resolution :)

Anyway, I'm not usually into these kinds of games, but this one is presented so well that I did order it already :)

And maybe those files in archive should be in a dir. Now there's even icon for the dir, but they all are in root level.

Just tested the demo version linked in this threat.
I have unpacked the game to ram: and tested it from there 3 times with the same result.
I think something in my installation is broken

Seems to be a problem with sound-fx for you. To verify that:
is it also freezing if you only make a left mouse click on the Okay-button, keep the left mouse button down and move it out of the okay-button's area again?

I have allways chosen a resolution and it starts in fullscreen - after that it froze. I have tried to cancel
the requester. After that it starts in a window on Ambient - no trouble. But there comes no
requester for screenmodes anymore - not even in the fullversion. Well strange - but its ok for me.

That does not freez the game. According to snoopium its my i2s.audio
Configuration. I don't know how to geht rid oft that.
The nosound option works good here even if it doesn't effekt the
Sound all.
