That would be restricted to those games:

I don't think that game is correctly classified on that site. As far as I can see, FEAR Combat is a free multiplayer add-on to the commercial game FEAR, but neither is open source.

Opensource engine from Sega CD game "Heart Of The Alien" (AKA Another World), much better than Amiga/PeCe version ;)

    > "Heart Of The Alien" (AKA Another World)

"Heart of the Alien" is not the Mega-CD (or Sega CD in North America) version of "Another World" (aka "Out of This World") but actually a sequel to that game, originally only released for Mega-CD.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heart_of_the_Alien

    Also from your link:
"Heart of The Alien is the sequel for the undoubtably the best adventure of all times, Another World."

    > much better than Amiga/PeCe version
    > http://hota.sourceforge.net/

I think that the open source reimplementation doesn't run much worse on Win32 ("PeCe") than the original implementation runs on Mega-CD. It uses the same data after all. And albeit there's a screenshot of the game running on AmigaOS 3.9 I never came across the compiled executable for it to try running the game on MorphOS, unfortunately.

I rather meant running the AmigaOS3.x executable via Trance. But a version compiled for MorphOS would be even better of course. Toaks once tried to port it to OS4 and said:

"the engine has serious endian problems atm. it was one of my first ports to os4 and i never released because its just unplayable"
    http://amigaworld.net/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=16083&forum=14#236491

That may as well be the reason the OS3 version was never released.

    > Out of this world (another world) and the sequel, heart of the alien.

Yes, that's what I said. It was you who said ""Heart Of The Alien" (AKA Another World)" before. I just corrected you on this.

I would crap kittens if this game was ported to MorphOS!

This had been ported to BeOS, but since BeOS died and Haiku was born from it's ashes, I've yet to be able to get it to run...

    ...on Haiku that is.

    Seems it was not:

    > Really?

Don't ask me. I just quoted him ;-) But seeing as Fab confirms this I think we can safely assume it's true :-)

    > I thought the Megadrive was an 680XX based platform?

JJ is correct here. This engine is a reimplemented from scratch one, not the original. And while it's in C it was apparently written with a little-endian architecture in mind.
