Hey people, some of you have shown interest about my e-uae presentation and asked me what the hell that is?

So, it is not a new e-uae version! It is only a small presentation of e-uae for total newbies in classic Amiga emulation. It contains e-uae0.8.29 wip4 with all the needed files, 2 games (pang, turrican1) and a demo called SystemViolation. You just double click and you can directly play that games or watch a demo without doing anything else. And there is a short manual enclosed which covers the basic usage of E-uae.

for a moment I thought you had ported uae4all (a faster UAE version for slower systems with a faster 68k emulator core -for systems without JIT-)... -sigh-

well, don't worry! good luck with UAE presentation I think not many people have tried it and it will be good to try out classic games&demos

Rule of thumb: If something hasn't explicitly been declared freely distributable by the copyright owner, do not consider it freely distributable.

No need for that IMHO as long as you'll keep to privately distributing the copyrighted data and not offering it for public download. Following your own logic, you would also have to remove the Amiga ROM files as they're not freely distributable as well. But obviously you have no problem with including these (me neither), so why being overly morally concerned regarding the Turrican image?

No no,I understand perfectly Andreas,your English is OK!I posted the last message around midnight and was so tired that I didn't write all I wanted 2 say I meant I had removed Turrican after your very first post!But when you told me it was ok I put it back and added a notice to manual that you gave me the permission to do so...

Hmmm,strange things do happen these days... I sent euae to both of you 4.3.09 at 9am...and it says everything is ok and i haven't got any error message... So I'm sending the mails tomorrow,hope they reach you...

I never told you to remove it in the first place, provided you are distributing it only through private channel. And even if you decided to disregard Factor 5's or Amiga Inc.'s (or anybody's) copyright by distributing their software publicly I couldn't oblige you to do anything, but just give advice.

Please REMOVE that notice AT ONCE! I am NOT the copyright owner of Turrican and I am NOT in any way affiliated with Factor 5 and therefore CANNOT grant any permission whatsoever! I NEVER told NOR implied otherwise!

Once upon a time, ther lived a nice guy in the city of Olomouc in the Czech republic. And on Friday 6th March at 9.15am he sent e-uae presentation from his mail "pecank@seznam.cz" to : avellalex, Fulvio Peruggi, Andrei Shestakov, xyphoid, amigadave, Jambalah, saddam and r1ver! I hope that everyone mentioned above got it! regards

Just received the archive. Thank you. It seems E-UAE not compatible with OWB :) - tooo slooowww... Or, may be, it is PowerSDL 13 issue...

Hey man,that's VERY strange,this presentation runs perfectly on my G3/600 Peg2,so I don't understand But anyway,I've tested it only under MorphOS 1.4.5 and powersdl 12.1... I forgot to mention it,sorry
