I'm wondering if there is an emulator for the NeoGeo Pocket (colour)? If so, can it take screencaps?

My pet project has been to make a clone/unofficial port of one of the games and I'm trying my best to make sure that I can recreate the intro and in game graphics as best as I can... Considering that I'm a mediocer artist at best... ;)

For the curious, here's the first attempts at recreating some of the graphics:
The following two pictures are of the bunny-guy that shows up on the side of the screen during game play. He's croped in such a way that you don't see his feet. :P Generally he reacts to how well you are doing in the game. :P

This is one of the frames from when you've passed the round/blew up blocks:
    bunny-1.jpg

    Here's when you've just lost:
    bunny-2.jpg

Here's my attempt at recreating one of the characters (she shows up in the intro and in some of the menus).

The above are all done via DrawStudio 2, and lots of free time. I'm going with a vector program so I can manipulate, duplicate body parts and the like. .. ;)

Gngeo compiles as is, but also crashes as is, even on linux (debian ppc). :)

It's almost complete. Most systems run (genesis, nes, psx (hum, slow), and many others), but some computer/calculator emu (pc at, hp48) don't work and/or crash, so i have to figure that out before releasing it.

Anyway I still think MESS is a well-chosen name, regarding the state of many emulations. :)
