I currently work on a set of Installers to be able to directly install the games supported by GemRB without any need to preinstall on PC (just insert the PC CD/DVD into drive on your Amiga when the installer asks to). Currently I do those installers for OS4 only, but theoretically a MOS-adapted version could be done as well (as could be a WOS-adapted version).
Would there be interest, or do MOS-people who are interested in those games having those games installed the "manual way" (pre-install on PC, copying over, configuring the config file by text editor) already ?
Note if a MOS version it would require a "compatible installer" (like InstallerLG or the AmigaOS installer).
