Many developers take this into account nowadays and offer a doubled mode to get at least 640x480 resolution, with an option or automatically.
But as I already told, MorphOS port of sqrxz opens into 640x480 by default, and Smokin' Guns opens to 800x600 by default. So you shouldn't need 320x mode for them.
