Happy to inform that Rocket Viper (from Volcanic modder) works ok (apart from 3 enemy models which have colour palette distortion but could go barely noticeable). However, above all, Rocket Viper 2 can be finished too. Be aware that RV2 was a heavy scripted and highly anticipated mod a decade back. Though it could be considered one of the best first gen. mod games, it was highly unstable even back then on a WinPC. In the occasion OpenBOR quits while loading an enemy set ingame, you could easily re-launch it and continue from the load game menu. It's highly enjoyable especially under co-op given that players can throw enemies to each other and perform tons of special moves. Unfortunately, Night Slashers X (both original and rebalanced version) seem incompatible, as OpenBOR quits after 2nd stage. I 've tried with different OpenBOR versions and options (SDL/OpenGL) but it's a no go. Let me know if anybody else can confirm it too.
