Sounds like a nonsense, how one plays a MorphOS game inside a website? Should I delete it right after downloading?

I appreciate the effort but why it has to be uglier and more unplayable than even the c64-version. Even the sounds are worse. hrrh...

Keep playing on the C64 version then. ;)

Wow, you guys don't seem to be having any luck with this.

I've been able to load it up just fine, this and the previous release, be it in a window or full screen.

The game play rocks, the graphics are right on, the musick sounds great, and I love the end boss fights! I'd been following this project since it's humble beginnings on the Sega Dreamcast and I must say that I have not been let down in the least bit, which is not the case with OpenGG.

My only complaint is that like many Amiga related games, when I go full screen, it will not stretch to fill it up, rather I'm stuck to playing it in the upper left hand corner, not unlike ADOOM on my A1200 and A600.

And when there are any problems, just write me.
BTW, an update is out, which fixes a transparency bug with 24 bits in the 3rd world.

I guess I'd like to know if there is any way to resolve the (I must use only 1/4th of the screen in full screen mode) issue. :)

    Thankx for the awesome port!

Full screen mode will automatically double the resolution to 640x480. So all you need is to configure a proper 640x480 screen mode which fits to your monitor.

Alright, and this will relate to the screen mode issues which I'm sorting out elsewhere in this forum.

Assuming I work them out, how then do I get Giana to goto this particular screen since it does not have MUI prefs?

I did see there are options for SDL when I RIGHT mouse click on the upper left hand corner of the screen, but I've not yet read the docs, so maybe they will fully explain what all they do and how they work in relation to this.

You might want to check if you have "Promote SDL screens" checked in SDL prefs. This might cause the problems you described. Solution: uncheck it :)

OH yes, that issue has been resolved, thank you!!! Though I'm still curious as to how I get Giana to go for the 640x480 screen mode, as opposed to the 1024x786 one I use for my desktop.

I now have Giana Running in full screen in 640x480. So it seems that it defaults to the first resolution listed in Monitors...

BTW, I tried your update that fixes the bugs in 24bit mode...

...it only boots to a black screen for me, so I'm plying in 16bit mode.
