    How do I edit the reply AmIRC returns if I get /version in a chan? I want it more personal then the default.

    It is not. And I hope it will stay this way, because it allows to see the programmers of AmIRC who uses a demo, a cracked or a properly registered AmIRC version. I also like the random texts. :-)

    Anyway.. the versions reply is not for adding personal information. it's for client information. E.g. it allows irc networks to informa users of certain clients about security problems etc. (see last 'hole' in mirc/win32).

    Hmm I have seen people that have some of it edited with things like the computer they use ect. Are you sure it can be done?

    you can ADD (not replace) additional reply string to amirc's one by using some arexx scripts, for example kuangeleven.

    Although I haven't tried it, but you can try using CTCPzap (Readme).
    Readme mentions CTCPman as similar program/script. Happy personalizing 8-)

    Yea thats what I meant, you can add to it and not replace it. Thats what I've seen. Mine shows my serial and the random quote like yours.
