Hmmm, seems that I always faced some sort of difficulties with OpenXcom on MorphOS.

Using the latest version but I am not able to configure properly. More specifically, I placed the UFO data (as described here )from DOS ISO v1.4 at common drawer but upon launching the game complains that can't find any installation and quits.
Took the files to parent directory but no luck as well. Created a data folder no success as well. Checked the log but data folder and/or user folder don't get specificed. Readme doesn't mention anything as well. Checked for tooltypes on the executab;e but doesn't have any. Well at least Snoopium reports that OpnXcom indeed reads the fiels when placed at least in common. Also, copied TFTD at xcom2 drawer but no luck as well.

So to sum up, what's the correct file/drawer structure for playing original XCom, TTFD and mods?

Ok, some update, seems the port is based on nightly versions and data should be copied to a drawer that should be created and named UFO :P What about mods and TTFD?

Dirty or not, as great fan, I am glad OpenXCom is on MorphOS.

I teased Jullian a bit if new Phoenix Point could be PPC (and ARM) Linux backported (they have x86 Linux version),but seems nobody cares nowadays.

And how you enable it? I have already the drawer but under options/mods/game type only the original version appears. Btw, I added the CD32 soundtrack in ogg format and plays cool :)

    Well, it works for me:

Are you sure you have the game files from an installed version?

Yeah, I 've finally been able to install properly, as shown here. Used a copy/pasta installed GOG version for TFTD. Interstingly this game always gives me headaches upon installation and the port still seems unstable imho. Flickring bug in fullscreen mode hasn't been fixed? And upon launching TFTD after a restart of the game or so, application mediates :( Btw, I have sucessfully installed Roland edition for TFTD soundtrack as well and mods go at /mod drawer which should be also created by the user in case anyone wonders in the future.

Download tftd soundtrack mt-32 from this link and unpack ogg files on tftd/sound drawer.
