I just tested the new Alien Vs Predator and the same problem - blank screen, can still hear sound, etc. Seems like something to do with g5/9800xt combo.

I can confirm that I am experiencing the exact same below behavior on a G4+9800XT when running ScummVm:

Full story: I upgraded directly from 3.1 to 3.3 and swap my 9000 with a 9800 altogether. When I choose Prefs/Screenmode for the first time and tried to change resolution I got trashed graphics. I rebooted to fix problem. Then I tried to run FOTAQ on ScummVm, but when I choose in the options to run it on fullscreen I got trashed graphics as well. Therefore I decided to perform a clean install of 3.3 (format my SYS) and now I get the blank screen but hearing the sounds playing normally exactly as esc describes. I've got problem (corrupt display) with screenblanker "Feather" (MorphOS 3.3 - G4 QS2002) with Radeon 9500 / 9700 / 9800 but there are flashed PC card.
Anyone with original Mac card can confirm the problem please ?

Hope bigfoot or somebody else in charge takes care of 9800XT's troublesome (mis)behavior because I have read the similar comments by other XT owners as well. My card is also Mac edition.

It was a really pain to dig up a video card with an R360 GPU, 256MBs of vram, and a universally keyed AGP card edge for Stefanos (Cool_amigaN).
Most R360 cards are keyed for 4X/8X AGP.

I think it has burned us both out (as we are each using 9000Pros atm).

I can confirm that Robin works under MOS3.4/9800Pro/G4 combination (PMAC v.3.1). Installed the game correctly following Yasu's detailed walkthrough.
