    Hi guys,
I have an ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 256 MB video card that is a little out of the ordinary to sell.
It runs in PCs as well as both Apple G4 and G5 PowerMacs.
Most Apple 9600 cards will not work in a G4 (only the earliest versions do), but this card, which was sold directly by ATI (and is not an Apple card), works in all three of the platforms I've mentioned.
And, as it does not have a fan it is completely silent.

I paid over $100 for this and I'm looking for about half that.
While that is more than you would pay for a G5 9600, I can guarantee that this card will work in a G4.

So, if any of you would like to make me an offer before I post it on eBay...

Edit - When I do get the time to post this on eBay, I will also be posting a 1.42 GHz cpu board, a copper FW800 heatsink (which is useful for overclocked 1.25 GHz cpus as well as the 1.42), and am Apple Radeon 9000.

I would be interested! Are you sure it's a 9600 Pro with 256 MB and not a 9650? I intend to replace the 9650 in my G5. It plays well with MorphOS, but not with Linux (only works without 2D/3D acceleration).

Yes, I'm absolutely certain it isn't a 9650. Its labeled 9600 Pro 256MB on the back, and I've tested it in both supported PowerMac platforms and in a PC.
The only advantage I've ever seen to the 9650 is the support for one dual link DVI port.

I've been using the card regularly in an FW800 MDD.
