Not the original Airport cards which don't use Broadcom chips at all definitely, so either "AirPort Extreme" or "AirForce One 54g"
You can use showconfig for example to check if a supported Broadcom card shows up in the boards section, it should be one of Vendor $14E4, either Device $4320 or Device $4318.

Hmm, a quick check on everymac.com show that the final ibooks use airport extreme, as did the 1.5 mac mini, and indeed the 1.42Mhz G4 and as far as I can tell all the G5s...

So, looking good on that point then!

(I'll have a check to see what my various Macs say re: Vender ID tomorrow, when I'm less dr*nk)

Yes, the internal WiFi, if installed, is of the AirPort Extreme kind in the following MorphOS-supported PPC Macs:

    - eMac: all
    - iBook G4: all
    - PowerBook G4 Aluminum: all
    - Mac mini G4: all
    - PowerMac G4: FW800
    - PowerMac G5: all

Still haven't sobered up enough to check the others, but my Unsupported Quad G5 2.5's apple own wireless network card is:

Wireless Card Type: AirPort Extreme (0x14E4, 0x4318)
    Wireless Card Locale: Unknown
Wireless Card Firmware Version: Broadcom BCM43xx 1.0 (4.170.25.8)

So another good reason to support them...

    Just sayin'

    Hi guys,

I'm willing to know about wifi cards cause my PowerMac
does not accept one Airport Extreme card I've got here lying
    around (MDD FW400).

Do any of the mentioned cards work over the
    PCMCIA slot on PowerMac G4.

Are Airport cards supported? (not extreme)

Would a PCI Wifi card Airport compatible be recognized and work?

And too, if there's some concrete model of PCI Wifi card working fine.

    Thx

    Pegasos II G4 (not working)

See comment #23 in this thread.

    No.

    See that thread:

    This thread has several examples.
